Diet and Lifestyle Advisor (Cert. ION) | BSc Nutritional Therapy Student | Founder of Diet & Lifestyle Therapy I support busy adults and families to improve their health through evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle medicine. My passion is helping people cut through the confusion around food and build lasting habits that support energy, digestion, metabolic health and overall wellbeing. I believe nutrition should be practical, enjoyable and achievable, empowering people to make changes they can sustain for life.
What to expect in the first session
Your first appointment is a relaxed, one-to-one consultation lasting 60 minutes, available online or in person. We'll discuss your health concerns, medical history, diet, lifestyle, sleep, stress and any medications or supplements you're taking. Together we'll identify your health goals and agree on realistic, personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that fit your life. After your consultation, you'll receive a written action plan with practical guidance to help you get started. Before your appointment, please: * Complete your health questionnaire. * Keep a 3-day food diary. * Have a list of medications and supplements ready. * Bring any relevant blood test results or medical reports, if available. * Think about the goals you'd like to achieve.
