About Kelina

I’m a specialist dietitian supporting people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure in their relationship with food, eating, or their body. You might be navigating constant thoughts about food, emotional eating, loss of control around eating, changes in appetite, difficulty knowing what your body needs, or years of dieting that have left you feeling confused and disconnected. I support people experiencing a range of eating challenges; from wanting to improve their relationship with food, through to disordered eating and eating disorder recovery. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and personalised. Rather than offering rigid rules or another diet plan, we work together to understand your experiences, build confidence around food, and find realistic changes that fit your life. If food is taking up too much mental space, it may be time to try a different approach.

What to expect in the first session

Our sessions are about getting to know you as a whole person; not just your food choices. We’ll explore your eating patterns, relationship with food and your body, appetite, health, lifestyle, routines, and the challenges you’re experiencing. This is a supportive space to understand what feels difficult, recognise your strengths, and identify what you would like to change. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan with goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. The aim isn’t to give you more food rules, it’s to help you build a way of eating that feels more flexible, confident, and sustainable.
