About Sasha

Hi, I'm Sasha, a clinical Naturopath based in Adelaide, working with women Australia-wide. I spent 15+ years as a Sonographer and Radiographer before naturopathy, and I still scan two days a week today. Sitting with women through some of their most vulnerable moments, I saw the same gap over and over. Bloods came back "normal" while they still felt exhausted, foggy, or completely out of sync with their own cycle. Then I became one of those women. After my second son I found myself deep in postnatal depression and anxiety, with deficiencies nobody had flagged. Working with a Naturopath helped me come off antidepressant medication and feel like myself again. That's why Botanical Wellness exists. Now I help women with PMS, irregular cycles, thyroid and gut issues, and pregnancy and postpartum, always looking for the root cause, not just a bandaid. If you're tired of being told everything's fine when you know it isn't, I'd love to help you get to the bottom of it.

What to expect in the first session

Our first session is 60 minutes, and honestly, most of it is just us talking. I want your whole story, not just the symptom that brought you here. We'll go through your health history, your cycle, your stress, your sleep, your gut, all of it, because it's rarely ever just one thing. From there we might talk testing if it feels needed, and I'll start mapping out a treatment plan that's actually built around your real life, not a generic template. Think herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle shifts you can realistically stick to. There's no pressure and no judgement here. Bring the messy details, the "is this even normal" questions, all of it. We're just getting curious together about what your body has been trying to tell you.
