Referral Program Terms

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to Professional Users with an eligible nutritionist or expert account on the Platform. Notrispace may determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

The following are not eligible:

• Self-referrals or referrals to another account you control
• Duplicate, fake, or otherwise abusive accounts
• Referrals of clients, patients, or other non-practitioner roles

2. How the Program works

You receive a unique referral code and invite link. A referred colleague must sign up using your code or link to be attributed to you.

A free sign-up does not earn a reward. Only paying referrals count.

3. Qualifying referrals

A referral is a "Qualifying Referral" only when the referred colleague becomes a paying subscriber on an eligible plan. Trial, canceled, unpaid, and free accounts do not qualify.

If a referred colleague later upgrades from a trial or free account to a paid subscription, that upgrade may then count as a Qualifying Referral, subject to these Referral Terms.

4. Rewards

For each Qualifying Referral, you may receive two (2) months of complimentary Notrispace Scale access. There is no cap: every additional Qualifying Referral earns a further two (2) months complimentary.

• Rewards are applied as complimentary subscription time on an eligible Scale plan
• Rewards are not cash, account credit, a refund, or a discount on a different product
• Rewards are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value
• Complimentary time is applied after we confirm the Qualifying Referral; timing may vary

5. Limits, reversal, and abuse

We may withhold, reverse, or decline a reward if the referred subscription is refunded, charged back, canceled shortly after payment, or we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Referral Terms or the Terms of Service.

We may change the reward or end the Program at any time. Unpublished or unconfirmed referrals may not receive a reward if the Program ends.

6. Your responsibilities

Share your code only with colleagues you know in a professional context. You must not spam, scrape contacts, purchase leads, misrepresent the offer, or run ads that imply an official Notrispace endorsement.

You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

7. Changes

We may modify or terminate the Program or these Referral Terms at any time. Continued participation after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.
