Laura is a Naturopath and Homeopath trained in both natural medicine and medical science; her background in Nursing bridges both complementary and conventional medicine for a truly integrative perspective. By weaving together the principles of naturopathy, homeopathy and evidence based care, Laura's unique approach delivers root cause support paired with herbal and nutraceutical support where required. Rather than stopping at what's out of balance, the focus is uncovering what chain of events led to that susceptibility in the first place, whether that's inherited patterns, gut health or the mind-body connection. Areas of interest include women's health, fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care, thyroid conditions, fatigue, gut, immune, skin, nervous system, neurodivergence and autoimmune conditions, as well as children and family health education.

Our first session is about getting the full picture, not just your symptoms. We'll talk through your history, what's going on now and what's realistically achievable for you. Expect questions you might not have been asked before, I'm looking for the 'why' behind your 'what'. You'll leave with a clear plan and testing recommendations where relevant.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee can be applied towards a rescheduled appointment. However, if the rescheduled appointment is also not attended, the fee will be retained and cannot be applied to any further bookings.
