About Benedict

Benedict Freudenmann is a Bachelor-qualified, AARPN Certified Practising Nutritionist, allied health professional and author with over 12 years of experience in clinical nutrition and nutritional medicine. He works with people seeking answers beyond symptom management, with particular interests in gut health, autoimmune conditions, metabolic and cardiovascular health, and complementary nutritional support during cancer care. His approach centres on your full health picture. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, he explores your health history, lifestyle, pathology and circumstances to understand what's driving how you're feeling. Where appropriate, he uses standard pathology, functional and nutrigenomic testing to build a personalised plan around your biology and health goals, not a generic template. His goal is to help you understand your body and make sustainable changes that support your long-term health, becoming more confident managing it independently over time.

What to expect in the first session

We don’t believe in generic advice or one-size-fits-all plans. Your symptoms are influenced by many factors, including your health history, genetics, nutrition, lifestyle, digestive function, hormones and metabolism. Understanding how these pieces fit together is where we begin. Depending on what we uncover, your personalised plan may include dietary changes, targeted supplementation, lifestyle strategies, pathology review or further testing where appropriate. Our goal is not simply to give you a list of things to change. It’s to help you understand your body, know what to do next and build the tools to support your health long term.
